The Emperor Edition represents the next generation of hot oil units, combining safety, efficiency, and cutting-edge technology in a skid, trailer, or truck-mounted package.
All units are built on a trailer unless otherwise requested at time of purchase, featuring 1/4" floor plate with coated non-slip surface for maximum safety. Built in storage bins for hoses and fittings inside all trailers. Engineered with sufficient service access for maintenance and repair operations.

Smart Control System

- Generator Auto Shutoff: Automatic shutdown protection for runaway engine conditions, exceeded voltage power, or electrical shorts
- Miller Machine Shutoff: Automatic shutoff of induction heating system for any operation outside preset specifications
- Emperor System Auto Shutoff: Master system shutdown for any parameter not in compliance with preset safety settings
- Emergency Manual Shutoffs: Dedicated emergency shutoff controls located on all 4 sides of the unit for immediate operator access
- Over-Pressurization Protection: Automatic shutdown when system pressure exceeds safe operating limits, with auto exhaust
- Over-Temperature Protection: Automatic shutdown when operating temperature exceeds preset thresholds
- Over-Flow Protection: Automatic shutdown when flow rate exceeds safe operating parameters
